Custom Orders:
Essentially, all items are custom, in some way, from this site. Everything is made AFTER you order, so allow time for production and allow more time for personalized. Personalized items include; adding your name or requesting something to be designed and printed. No returns or refunds on custom (personalized) orders. If I made a mistake I will replace it. Double check your order, any text should be error free and will be printed as I receive it. Since custom work has a longer time frame than ready to go prints, if emailed before I start the task, corrections can be made, but It’s better to get it right before you place the order.

If it’s my mistake:
Lets say, I sent the wrong item to the wrong address, you got a wrong colour or there was a typo on personalized item. I will send a replacement of that item free of charge and you can keep what you were sent. Contact me, I may require you to send me a photo of what was incorrect.

If it’s your mistake:
When you order the wrong item or colour. Contact me first, you are able to send it back for a refund (minus shipping) or get another item of equal or lessor value shipped back, you pay all shipping costs, both ways.

Privacy:
You are not for sale, neither is your information. You will only be contacted about your order.

Shipping:
I will take a photo of the item just before it enters it’s shipping box to be mailed and email the photo to you. Within the next 1-3 days the item will be on route to your address. From there it’s up to the mail carrier.

Damages during shipping:
I am not responsible for damages during shipping. I pack things to avoid shipping damages as best I can. It’s the carrier that is responsible for in transit damages. I will help in getting the issue resolved with the carrier as best I can.
